It is important that you always remember to publish your documents when you are done creating or editing them. If you save, but do not publish, it will not be visible to the rest of the internet.
One important thing to know is that you can easily tell which files on your site have unpublished changes made to them, and you can publish them all quickly and easily.
Unpublished files appear red in the editing interface, like in the image below:

As you can see, two of this site's pages have not been published. If you are not sure that the files are in their finished form, you can click on them to edit them, save them, and publish them in the manner that was covered in the "Create a New Page" tutorial.
If, however, you are certain that these files are ready for publishing them, you can simply click on the checkbox next to the documents you want to publish and then click the "Publish Now" button.

Once you've published your documents you will notice that their titles will turn black. That means that they are no unpublished versions of that document on your site, and the changes you've made are viewable on the World Wild Web.
