One of the really great features of KeepOpen.com is the ability to roll back changes, or access previous versions of a file to copy and paste it into your new document if you really screw something up. This tutorial will give you an introduction into doing that.
First, log in to your editing interface, and select the file you want to roll back.
Second, click on the Publish tab in the editing interface for that page, as illustrated here:

Here we're looking at the publish tab for KeepOpen.com's home page. Notice that there are currently 18 versions of this page. You can click on any one of those "closed" or "last_closed" tags to view that version of the document.
You can also click the checkboxes next to any two versions of the document and use the Compare function to see them side by side.

Here we have a comparison of the 16th and 18th version of the document, side by side.
If you returns to the publish tab you'll see two other buttons of interest: Close Public Version, and Copy for Editing.
Close Public Version is simple, it removes that page from the public version of the site. It doesn't delete it, but it does remove it from navigation menus so that you can work on it without public scrutiny.
Copy for Editing is the more interesting button because it is the one that executes the real "roll-back" function. By selecting a version of the document that is closed (one of the previous versions) and clicking on the Copy for Editing button you create a new version of that previous version of the file which, when published, will replace the currently published version.
This is really useful if you royaly screw up a page and need to get that content back up while you try to figure out where you went wrong.
That's it! You now know how to roll back the content of your pages in KeepOpen!
